Help on the backend of recruiting and engaging a strong volunteer force to better serve the community!
Volunteers will assist the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator by acting as a gatekeeper - fielding phone and email inquiries from current and prospective volunteers, routing inquiries to appropriate GRACE staff, and assisting with the management of volunteer records.
Once trained, volunteer(s) can choose to serve remotely or at GRACE.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Completed background check
- Attend a comprehensive training
- Can serve a minimum of three (3) hours a week anytime during business hours from 9 am - 5 pm.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
