Do I have to log my hours while volunteering?
Yes, our volunteer hours are tracked and reported so that you know the impact of your service and so that we can recognize your hard work and support throughout the year! From Galaxy Digital’s Dashboard you can see the exact dollar amount your volunteer hours equate to.
How do I log my hours?
Check in and out using the volunteer kiosk at your service site. If there isn't one for your particular service opportunity (community garden, seasonal programs, grocery pickups, commodity distribution, etc.), you can download and use the Causer-Get Connected ™ app from Apple or Google Play Store. Each time you open Causer, be sure you are showing Logged In in the upper right navigation menu. Learn how to log your hours here.
If I fail to track my hours on site, or log them incorrectly, can I adjust them later?
Yes! You can add or adjust your hours at any time by choosing ‘Track Hours’ from the drop-down menu under your account icon. From there select “Add Hours” and follow the prompts. You can also check the box next to the submitted hours and click the ‘trash can’ icon to delete the hours previously submitted and resubmit your hours.
