New Volunteers

Thank you for exploring ways you can share your time and talents with GRACE, our clients, and communities.

What began in 1987 as a small collaboration between a few churches and civic leaders has now grown into a well-established and independent relief agency that's able to provide our community with a safety net of assistance through a wide range of staff-supported programs. These programs include a self-select food pantry, emergency financial assistance for rent/utilities, a community medical clinic, a clothing room, seasonal programming, senior services, and mentorship housing.

Our Mission

As a steward of God’s blessings and resources in the community, GRACE demonstrates compassion for those less fortunate by providing assistance to individuals and families in crisis and guidance toward self-sufficiency.

4.  Sign up for opportunities in programs you care about.

A complete list of qualifications may be found in each volunteer opportunity description in the portal.  The safety of the vulnerable, children, and those at risk is our highest priority, and some opportunities require background screening for those who come in regular contact with these groups.

Note:

Volunteers may not begin a placement until they complete all required paperwork, screenings, qualifications, and/or trainings.

Parents and guardians must sign waivers for youth 13-17.  Upon this step in the registration process, your email will be required and a link to sign will be emailed to you.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
