Community Service Restitution (CSR)
GRACE is proud to be a participating agency in local court community service restitution programs (CSR.) This information below provides how to register, qualify, and sign up for service.

Adults 18+
1. Create a Galaxy Digital CSR volunteer account.
2.
Complete your profile including all required
information. 
3. When prompted, upload your court sentencing order AND your conditions document. These will be reviewed and if your offense(s) meet our program requirements, they will be marked as ‘Qualified’.
4. Read and electronically sign the Code of Conduct and Liability waivers. These can also be found under Qualifications.
5. Review the service opportunities and when ready to sign up, select ‘Respond’.
6. Complete the application for a criminal background check. This will be reviewed and if you meet our program requirements, you will be marked as ‘Eligible’.
7. Show up and serve where you signed up. If you need to cancel a sign up, log into your account and select ‘Cancel’.
Please allow 24-48 hours for court documents and background checks to be processed and reviewed.
Teens 13-17
1. Create a Galaxy Digital Teen volunteer account.
2. Complete your profile including all required information.
3. Read and electronically sign the Code of Conduct and Liability waivers. These can also be found under Qualifications. Your parent/guardian must also sign these forms. You will be prompted to enter their email address. Please instruct them to sign it. (Without their signatures, you will be unable to serve.)
4. Review the service opportunities and when ready to sign up, select ‘Respond’.
5. Show up and serve where you signed up. If you need to cancel a sign up, log into your account and select ‘Cancel’.
Logging and Documenting Hours
Check in and out using the volunteer kiosk at your volunteer site.
If your court requires paper logs, complete the entry each time and get the signature of the GRACE site manager.
Courts routinely call to verify service. Your Galaxy account is the official record of service and should reflect any documentation you provide the court. GRACE is not responsible for any discrepancies and any consequences that may result.
